  3. Opportunity to Repair or Replace
    Before a refund is issued, Archangel Alarms must be given the opportunity to repair or replace the faulty equipment. We will provide timely service to address the issue and make the necessary corrections, including but not limited to:

            – Repairing the defective equipment.

            – Replacing the faulty equipment with a new or refurbished unit of equal or superior quality.

  4. Eligibility for a Refund
    If Archangel Alarms is unable to resolve the issue through repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund.

    The refund will be issued for the cost of the defective equipment and any associated installation fees.

    *Refunds do not cover any services or maintenance performed outside of the faulty equipment.

  5. Exclusions
    This guarantee does not apply in cases where:

            – The issue is caused by user error, misuse, or unauthorized modifications to the equipment.

            – The equipment is damaged due to external factors, such as power surges, water damage, or natural disasters.

            – The issue arises from third-party products not provided by Archangel Alarms.

            – The customer fails to provide Archangel Alarms with the opportunity to repair or replace the faulty equipment.

  6. Process for Requesting a Refund
    To request a refund under this guarantee:

    1. Contact our customer service team to document the unresolved issue.

    Provide evidence of the faulty equipment and details of the repair or replacement attempts made by Archangel Alarms.
    3. Submit your refund request in writing within 14 days of the final service attempt.

  7. Refund Issuance
    Once your refund request is approved, Archangel Alarms will process the refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

  8. Changes to the Guarantee
    Archangel Alarms reserves the right to modify or terminate this guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect customers who have already reported an issue within the original terms of the guarantee.
